Time has gone into overdrive or there are more pressing issues taking priority these days.

I see that Kevin Garnett is the leading candidate of votes for the NBA All-Star roster that is usually played in February.

I had no clue that the season has progressed so quickly.

When does the season begin--late August or early September?

The overlapping of professional sports appears to be a hostile stand off where there are no winners.

NFL has had my attention as well as collegiate football.

Now that I am almost ready for the NBA, I read that the season is almost at the halfway point.

But they will be playing until June with the NBA championships:)

Get in where you fit in must the scheduling mantra!

I just read that Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje ("Lost") is going to appear within the upcoming movie GI Joe.

As an owner and fan of GI Joe's from my own childhood, I am giving the movie an extra mental boost since Adewale is going to appear within it.

I first came to see Adewale in his role within the HBO prison drama "Oz" where he could manipulate other prisoners at will.  His character was like the devil on ice:) 

When he appeared on "Lost", I knew that it was going to be on as well and his new character did not disappoint in being ruthless and getting the job done when others would have punked out as cowards.

So when "GI Joe" comes out and if it has a decent trailer, I might just line up to see it.

Quality, character actors make it hard to say no.  But isn't that what manipulation is all about?
